2022 was the first calf crop on the ground out of this sire, and we were impressed with the bulls we sold out of him. Talk about power! Dark cherry red and all the muscling you could ask for. We also sold two Propulsion females in the ND Red Select Sale in 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with the Propulsion daughters. This Pie One of Kind son is taking our program in the right direction!

Duff Red Blood 18114
This is one of our favorite sires in our operation. We love his profile, muscling, and calving ease. He’s a smaller framed bull that is perfect to cross with some of those larger framed cows without losing productivity! Phenotypically, the calves are put together so well. We kept every single Red Blood daughter from our 2023 & 2024 calf crop. The females are EXCEPTIONAL!

2024 is the first calf crop on the ground out of Nova 627F. This is a power type bull. If you’re looking to add some length of body, bone, and muscle shape, this bull will do it. We think this guy compliments our cow very well, and he is a great balance to add to some of our more moderate, maternally-focused females.

Red Diamond El Rey 102
We took notice of Red Diamond El Rey 102 after his win at the 2023 OKC Cattlemen’s Congress. After seeing more progeny from him, we decided to sample him on our two donor cows. He’s one of the most popular sons of the now-deceased MANN RED BOX 55C. We look forward to seeing the calves out of him!

HXC Allegiance 5502C
Allegiance is a bull we have used for the past few years. 2022 is the first registered bulls we sold out of him, but we have kept back many females sired by this bull. He throws some dark, cherry red calves. He really thrives when it comes to growth and carcass traits! He throws moderate birth weights and there is a consistency throughout all his calves. We really appreciate his daughters that we have back in the herd. They are proving to be exceptional cows!

Mission Nexus 1378
We had purchased a set of embryos from Jon Carlson that came with the registered cows we bought from him. Some of those embryos were sired by Mission Nexus 1378. We weren’t sure what to expect out of them but we couldn’t be happier with how these calves are looking. We like them so much that we are flushing a few cows to him and will have more Nexus embryos going in spring of 2024. We are excited to see what Mission Nexus will do for our program!

We bought this bull from Chris and Diana Elwood back in 2021 when we bought their pairs from them. This bull shows the quality of breeding stock that the Elwood’s raised. He is the definition moderate and THICK! He is a proven calving ease sire and his calves hit the ground growing. Plus he is an easy keeper maintaining his body condition on grass hay and mineral over the winter. His calves impress us more and more every day. They are as stout as they come. DCCC Masterpiece 2311
